For the first time, loyalty now lives inside the AI conversation, at the exact moment customers decide what to buy
MINNEAPOLIS, June 16, 2026 — Phaedon, a loyalty technology and services provider, today launched the Tally AI Connector, making Tally the first loyalty platform to bring real-time rewards, status, and redemption directly into AI agents like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini. Nothing like this exists in the market today.
The way people shop, travel, and decide has changed. Shoppers aren’t switching between apps anymore. They’re asking AI assistants to plan their trips, compare their options, and complete purchases. For brands without a presence in those conversations, the loyalty program they spent years building is invisible at the exact moment it matters most. Tally’s AI Connector closes that gap.
Built on the Model Context Protocol (MCP), Tally’s AI Connector structures loyalty data making it readable and actionable for AI agents that support MCP in real time. A traveler asking Claude to book a hotel can see their points balance, apply their rewards, and complete the transaction in a single exchange, without switching apps or losing the moment. For internal teams, program managers and marketers can launch campaigns, award points, and surface fraud alerts using plain language, in seconds.
Phaedon already manages more than 500 million loyalty members and 6 billion transactions annually for brands. Tally AI takes that infrastructure and puts it where customers are now making decisions: inside their personal AI assistant.
“A traveler planning a trip with an AI assistant shouldn’t have to open three apps to use the points they’ve earned,” said Kris Tremaine, CEO of Phaedon. “With the Tally AI connector, they don’t have to. We’re actively defining how loyalty works in a world where AI makes the first call, and we’re owning it.”
The market pressure is rapidly increasing. PwC reports that AI assistants will soon know more about a user through prompts than points. IDC predicts that in 2026, guest-centricity will be defined by how well a brand enables intelligent agents to represent it. Most loyalty programs were not built for that world. Tally MCP was built for nothing else.
“We built the Tally AI connector because the future of loyalty is data that any AI agent can read, trust, and act on,” said Jaclyn Wands, VP of Product and AI at Phaedon. “That’s how brands stay relevant when the agent is making the first move. We’re proud to give our clients that edge.”
Tally’s AI connector is available to Phaedon clients starting June 2026. New AI integrations and expanded vertical use cases across travel, hospitality, and retail are planned through the second half of the year.
To see the Tally AI Connector in action, join Phaedon’s live virtual session on June 26, where the team will demonstrate how loyalty programs can participate directly in AI-driven customer interactions and answer attendee questions.
